After getting my Sotar back with replaced bearing seal and new tip (which they didn't charge me for by the way), and the paint leaking into the trigger came back within hours. Called Customer Service, and they are sending me a replacement airbrush! Great customer service that stands behind their product.

I havent had any issues yet (knock on wood) to where I need to use Badger's Cust. Serv. , but thats good to hear

Another fine example of the type of customer service that's fast disappearing, but is a tradition with Badger.
Should be the model for them all, I think.

Hmmmm, I emailed cus ser 3 days ago about my brush and haven't heard anything, I am letting it ride due to the tragedy in their family, I used the customer service email on there site, is that the one I should use?

Thanks markgman73, I'll try that if I don't hear from them in a day or so, how do you like the Sotar? Thats the brush I want next, def before I turn in my Krome for service.
See that you're in Cinn. I lived in Cleveland for 14 years.

I use all Passche's now but i can't wait until i can join the Badger Crew. Ive heard NOTHING but good thing about the products and the company. :)

The sotar is a very comfortable brush. It feels great to paint with. Very smooth trigger easy to control. I really like the brush.

Im so ticked off with my piece of poop Paasche..im gonna call Dennis today, Something needs to be done with it. Ive hated it since i got it

Mine was awesome...new in the BOX!! It has sucked since day one. Now everytime I use it, I have paint coming out through the trigger, and out the back of the needle..
Is it not the seal? You haven't talked to paashe yet?

I have a Talon and love it. I still want a Krome next though.
