I ordered paint last week for a job i was supposed to start on today. a truck and trailer. they just shipped my order today. backing me up over a week. told them i had 3 vehichles to do and they didn't care.

Only ordered from them once and didnt have any issues but then again wasnt in a crunch like yourself. Ive used mostly Coast Airbrush and have had great service from them. It sucks when companies get to big for their britches and start sliding on the customer service.

Ordered an airbrush from Oz and it arrived within 2 weeks, sorry about your experience but mine was fine.

What airbrush did you order from there that you couldn't get here ?

Why are you constantly plugging this website? I've had a loo there almost every time you post and all I see there are substandard items that no serious air-brusher would even look ato_O

Makes no difference who you order form it all depends on clients with a higher status

You have made it to the top of the watch list for being ban. Here is why.
1 No introduction post telling us about yourself and what equipment you are running.
2 Spamming the same link in multiple threads .
So if you wish to remain a part of this great forum you best start showing it.

As far as the service from Chicago , Did you pay for express shipping? Did you verify that all the items you order were in stock.
It is the same with any company . Unless you call them in person and have them check while you are on the phone they can say well another customer who ordered before you took the last of it so we had to wait to be restocked. TCPGlobal so far has been the worse for me on this .
David Monnig Owner of Coast Airbrush so far has been my best on line shopping place to date. With the exception of a Krome I ordered which was on back order when I ordered it everything comes in on time.
Chicago Airbrush has dropped the ball on me a time or to and when I have to order from them I either make the guy check and pull it right then or just take the 3 hour drive up there.
But I give all place 3 strikes and then they are out . I assume your local Jobber where house did not carry the paint brand you need for the job.
When I need paint I go local first then on line. Why I would rather pay what I would spend in shipping to have it that day instead of 3 days from then.

Ok next time I don't post this kind of link.
Thank you

ddabratin, mostly what they are asking is that you go to the introductions area and post up something about yourself so people know who you are. This way people know you are not just a spammer, ok?

Ohh thats a bummer!! Ive never had a problem with them, they have always been quick to fill my order, and sent emails if something was outa stock, gave mea call #, and spoke directly to the shipper...I would call and talk to a supervisor. AND, Dave from Coast Airbrush is a super awesome dude!! I dont order from there, because it takes a while to get to me...Dave says, problem solved, move closer lololol

I placed first order ever 100 bucks worth on a Sat night. They packed it Monday and got to me in WA state on weds via post office 3 day shipping. Only thing that was on back order was the restorer and they sent email saying it was out of stock and would be shipped as soon as they get it. So far I'm good with them. But I also don't paint professionally and if I did I'd order large amounts of most used colors so I'd never run out just me tho.

Surprised to hear this, I've ordered multiple times and have ordered when Holbein colors weren't in stock, they emailed me and told me at that moment and asked how i wanted to proceed. I don't think we should be so harsh on airbrush retailers, a lot of people think it's massive business but the things these retailers have to put up with from us customers, we expect so much and think they're making a killing. it's not like that.
I think we need to take responsibility too, get in contact with the supplier via phone before ordering to quickly ask if it is in stock, then order, then perhaps a follow up email a day or two later if we haven't had confirmation of shipping. Also, shipping takes 2 days on average in the same country, you need to allow 1 day to process the order - so 1 week is really only 5 days... it's not leaving a very big error margin here

I placed an order today from them, and as usual, got an email from Ian, letting me know the masking I ordered was outa stock, and if I wanted it shipped separately. I emailed him back, and said yes please, but to call me if he needed to. Again, ive not had a problem yet. Its true they are a small company. And they are such good peeps there :)

They have been good to me along with coast, which I just put an order in today with. T c p can be a bit slow but they have a lot of other stuff that the first two don't. Those are really the only places I get supplies online. Sometimes eBay.
