Just poppin in to say a few words. It was suggested I introduce myself after i posted a question in a forum earlier. So I am 34, from Fresno California, I played around with airbrushing with my dad back in the 80's early 90's, mostly just watched. It hasnt been until recent that I started to get back into actually learning the art of airbrush and the applications. My wife got me a whole set of stuff for my birthday and I have been self teaching here and there. Money is tight right now, so I dont spend as much with it as I would like. Currently I am using a Master Series Multipurpose G22 and G222 set with mainly opaque creatix brand colors. I was using a badger 155, but my son lost the trigger while cleaning and I havent found one to replace since. Other than that, I just doodle or paint when i have money or time to do so. Trying to keep my craft alive some how.

welcome from Australia.
most start with the 'knock off' brushes, so don't worry to much about that, it will at least give you a feel for what is going on and if you damage something (as per your other thread) it wont cost you an arm and a leg :)
Hopefully you will get your issues sorted shortly and then eventually upgrade your brush when $$ allows.

Welcome from New Zealand. Do you still have the Badger...? Mr Badger (Ken?) is here somewhere he might be able to help...

Welcome! Check wynwyn it's the website for badger parts. I would get a renagade trigger for it. They should fit no problem, get that 155 up and running again. I run all badger guns and have ordered from them before. Good service.

Ok thanks, I will check that out

yes i do and I liked using it. My dad used badgers and I know they are good. The one i have is a used and kind of dated I bought off someone and it worked well, but when I got the new ones, i let my son use it so he could practice and he lost the trigger.

I know everyone has their own preference, but since funds are limited and I hate having to constantly change out colors between 2 brushes. what is a good recommendation for IDK maybe 3 additional brushes that work well, but are not high priced?

Used badgers, I have a couple 150's and a 105 I picked up cheap on the flea bay. I'm sure you could find other brands as well. I like my renegades, but they bit more
