Question about colors

In my other tread i see createx color are not good for my airbrush and my project.

I used H&S silverline evolution 0.2 and 0.4.

This week is coming to my house hansa pro color kit.

But my question is... witch color is more better for painting fishing lures and painting paper?

the createx airbrush colour you have will probably be fine for the Lures if you use a larger needle. I'd save the Hansa for the artwork.

@basepaint does lures, so he may be able to advise appropriately. A few other members also do lures so they may see this and pop in a word or three

My createx is hard to paint small and big lures, i can only spry lot of color with hight pressure...

And for painting on paper? Any advice? Hansa is ok?

the createx you may be able to reduce with reducer to get it to spray through the .4 needle you have.
the Hansa should be fine for the paper, and with the .2 needle you have, it may need reducing a little with the recommended reducer. Remember to reduce the air pressure when you reduce the paint.

Hansa I believe is more popular in Europe vs. the States, so I have no experience with it. I suspect it will be fine for paper, and may even work for the lures if properly clear coated. I would guess that it is about the same as many other acrylic based airbrush colors that are available, some of which are very versatile. I would test, just to be sure...

For the lures, after painting i get double strate of resin.

it depends on how much the paint is reduced, the more reducer you use the less pressure you need. (thinner paint requires less pressure to push it out of the nozzle, thick paint needs more pressure)

add a drop of the paint into the cup and see how well it sprays at 20 psi. then add reducer if needed (and mix by backflushing, putting the lid on the cup and shaking or even a toothpick to stir it, ) if you are doing details then you'll want 20psi or even lower.

That's what most of us do...... test, test and more testing. its the best way to learn what works for you and the project you are working on at the time.
Weather can cause different results between rain and heatwaves the paint will behave differently

Yes, same problem with resin for the lure...

With more pratice and test i think i can solved the paint reason.

You will pick this up as you have experience - everyone works just a little different, some use more pressure, some less. You will develop a feel for it as you plug along.

The has a should be fine. I spray golden high flow straight through my 0. 23 nozzle. A bit I'd resection should be fine through 0.2. Use createx for base colours, has a for finer detail.
