Try some of the exercises from airbrushtutor. Easy and fun with great applications later.

kids coloring in books ? practise making 2 dimensional objects look 3 dimensional.
as mark said, there are some great starter pieces on the airbrush tutor site, you'll need to register first though, you don't use the same sign in that you do here.
There is an eye... great practise for blending
there is a portrait.... not as hard as it may sound :)

your blending is good....
try using paper shields rather than using frisket to cover. lower your airpressure so you minimise overspray, you're off to a good start, you'll get there but it can be frustrating as you are finding out :D

One question, what do you mean for "low pressure"?

learn to paint monochrome first before you go with colors , it will teach you to paint shapes, shades and the right values
I try monocrhom, is frustated whe you can make nothing of good. [emoji20]
Thank you for the answer.

We all started like that. None of us could do in the beginning what we are doing now. You need many many hours of silly spray jobs.

Do a load of monochrome as Ronald says, play around with shading and blending and practice the strokes, the practice can be tedious but it is the easiest way to gain control over your brush and build muscle memory, after a while you will be able to aim without having to look at your brush, after that, it's just one step at a time, in between your practice you can play around with skulls and such and if anything you work on looks like a lot of work, try doing little bite size sections of it, you have thrown yourself into full colour projects which is too early for you and that is getting you frustrated, when you do work with colour you will usually be required to mix different shades of one particular colour to achieve your different tones and blends, something may look green or red or yellow but you can't get every shade and tone by using just on shade of that colour.

While you are practicing in monotone, read up on colour theory and learn how shift colours to your advantage, also, if you have good look through the SBS section of the forum you will find a multitude of amazing info that will help you understand both colour and various techniques which will answer your stencil questions too.
