Wicked detail reducer is available pretty much all over the world, why do you want to use something other than what the manufacturer recommends...?
Ebay- wicked reducer free shipping!I don't but, they have a range of products that I regularly use and good service so, to save money postage, I thought I would ask.
Fair enough. It's annoying when your regular supplier changes stuff!I don't but, they have a range of products that I regularly use and good service so, to save money on postage, I thought I would ask.
Are they removing all Createx/Autobourne products ? if not then they will be able to order in the 4012.
Don't know, they are a fairly small concern so could just be they don't have the demand.
Sometimes if you're really lucky, they'll get it for you at cost. Especially if you are doing business with them for other products.not sure what these guys compare for pricing in your area

a lot of small operators don't want dead stock on the shelf, maybe if you call them and ask if they can still get in in they may be able to

I think you've answered my question. Looks like 4012 is the answer. I didn't realise that this could be used with wicked detail. I can see it makes sense to have one reducer that will work for a range of paints, which explains why I could only find the auto air reducers.
Thanks for your help.
Chris
W100 is 4011 and w500 is 4012.
Depending which createx line and what substrate will determine which reducer is best, then you also have the 4030 intercoat.
All createx is designed to be intermixable, and yes some are the same, they just label it to match the particular line. The 4030, though originally called an intercoat, is now called a mix additive, it cannot be used as an intercoat for the candy line ( as you will get bleedthrough), so they have moved away from calling it that as it cannot be used for that purpose across all the lines. You can use it for that reason with other lines, but they generally recommend the transparent base for intercoat.
