I am new to this forum and to airbrushing. I am so new to airbrushing that if I didn't grow up on the back woods hunting, I may actually have shot my self in the face with paint. I am starting out using a old airbrush that belonged to my father. While I am getting the parts to repair my fathers airbrush I decided just to get a new one as well. The old unknown manufactured airbrush is a bottom siphon feed, so to test out the different types, I did purchase a Iwata Revolution Gravity feed. I grew up with art drawing with pencil, charcoal, pastels, building and painting many different types of models, only later to blow them up . I also grew up with the Hobby Rail Road scene and still have the layout I built with my father 30 years ago. I plan on learning the airbrush to accomplish many things, to include pass the time after I move. I plan on playing with many different mediums. I am a machinist by trade, I now am a computer geek with a very big company in the US. I am prior military, Air Force, and I am about a strange and weird as they come. I was born, licensed, and certified Nutty.
