I posted in the introductions if you want to see my art background. I'm learning a lot on here and applying it to may drawings, pencil and digital, to relearn how to draw so that I can improve my airbrushing. As far as airbrushing, I'm on hold until I can get the Iwata HP-CH. Then I will focus on dots, lines, dagger strokes and blends to develop my airbrush control. After that it will just be a matter of putting it all together.

I'm a firm believer that practice does NOT make perfect. Perfect practice makes perfect. For that, I need a quality airbrush and master the basics.

I look at getting a quality airbrush for practice the same way as when I learned to play pool (billiards). If you use a house (mud) cue ball, it takes so much input to get a little spin, you don't know if you are doing it right or not. If you use a professional cue ball, it reacts to the slightest input, so you see exactly what you are doing and can make adjustments.

I love to draw and got out of it for a long time. Now my motivation is to get to a point where I can create the kind of airbrush art that I want to use for my upcoming clothing line launch, beginning of 2015. It is a completely custom line based around photo realistic airbrush art. Not the same hard lines, rough shading or cartoon art of the rest.
