Free Bottles Of Wicked

Nice gesture @jared pittman.

Looking at your toys. You definitely need a quick coupling on the compressor and get a lighter hose. If you're working indoors you do not need a braided hose.
I would stay with the braided hose mainly due to the hard plastic lines that some with most compressor like that will crack over time. Even if they are kept inside at a steady temp.
Very nice Gesture , But I feel after you attend Dru's class you may have a different out look on CI and Wicked.
Dru and a few other are the ones who told me to try as many paints as I could afford to do so and really try them. That way you find what works best for you and the surface you are painting on .

If it was CI I wouldn't ditch it-but wicked detail not impressed with.

Jared, I love Wicked and have enough for my needs, I only use a bare minimum any way, black, white and primaries. However I am hoping to try and give some free classes to some underprivileged kids at some point (albeit sometime in the future, hopefully later this year) and obviously want no costs if poss. So if no one else is in desperate need and as I am familiar with the paint I could def put it to good use.

Its a very generous offer, and hope it helps someone out.
I think that is cool- kids and teens need something to hang on to- if you are serious I would love to support your art program by giving you these bottles I just need shipping- room full of people only 1 girl understands what I am trying to do help someone. Give me a minute if I go to post office it's not more than $10 I will message you and send them on the belief of your word and your desire to help kids.

Very nice - throw some paint in one of the brushes and paint something for us... We like seeing peoples work and we're keen to see you paint something...
I am over here trying to help someone and all your worried about is seeing someone's art? To prove what? I am not an artist I only spray paint in toilet water to make pretty colors.

My Iwata Straightshot and Cobra Coil hoses are still perfect after four years. The Badger hoses are terrible.

Try not to get your panties in an uproar. I belong to other groups, and know of others that are low funds, and coulda used it. Ive got so much paint directly from Createx, I dont need hand outs. Once a month, members donate items, and we vote on who gets it. Also, Steve there is a teacher, interested in teaching students. So, as far as your negativity continues, maybe you shoukd back the comments down a bit, before you start speaking. Its your paint give it to whom you want.
And thats the second time Ive seen you speak of painting in the toilet...ok thats great...whatever gets your freak on, thats your business. We as artists enjoy seeing each others work. All we have seen and heard from you is blah blah blah blah. Heres just a thought...and a suggestion, play nice.

Awesome. I can promise that is what they would be used for, the thing I cant promise is when. It is something I have wanted to do for a long time, as I work with kids, and see those who aren't particularly academic, or have home life issues lose confidence, have nothing to feel pride in themselves about and end up making poor choices.

I have a non functioning jun-air compressor which just needs a new pressure switch and hoses, that I rescued from being thrown out, and a lady in the local community centre who thinks she can get me some space.

I will be applying for a grant, for some reasonable brushes ( don't want to teach on knock off as kids will need something reliable) and easels or materials to make them, masks etc. If I don't get a grant I will try crowdfunding etc.

So it will take time, and there are no guarantees how long it would take to get a little cash, but that is my goal. I have been so lucky and people on the forum have been so generous to me, it would be great to pass that on.

Ok you've turned up here, asked a whole heap, expressed opinions that now appear baseless, made accusations towards other members that were incorrect and when asked to see what you actually do with your knowledge and vast repertoire of equipment by many members you explain you make pretty patterns on water. So by your own admission you don't even do dots and lines, a comment you took offense at. You claim to be offering to help which is admirable. A promise is only as good as the delivery. I hope you come through with it. And maybe you'll paint something for us...

I have been away. Sorry.
I teach in a place that needs all the art help I can get. All my students are economically disadvantaged. Tulare County is one of the lowest poverty levels in the country. I teach here by choice.
I promise that all my art supplies are my own. I am trying figure out how to write a grant.
I promise that all the paint received would be used by students and I will show their work. Thank you.

I'll have them...Since you abused me for no reason I think it would only be fair as an apology..Since you can't simply apoligize for your mistake in dragging me into a shizfight, I'd assume that would only be fair and a good gesture..I'll take one of your microns too if you want LOLOL..plus I'm poor and out of paint and own guns too..Does that qualify me.. :)...But then again, don't think I'd want anything from you at all..give them to the kids Steve or Squish teaches...Don't think you understand the concept of Karma as its coming around at the moment and saying hello to you...

Steve, I frequently see sets of com-art on sale for about $20 (on sale now at Chicago http://www.chicagoairbrushsupply.com/mecose.html). If you PM me your address I will be more than happy to mail you a check to cover the purchase of a set - no better cause than teaching kids!

Trish
if you can show me a pic of what you are looking for on the compressor I'll see what I've got, I use Jun air and have a few spares.

MeeshellMP asked me you would give away wicked? As I explained If forum members could help me find a member who might be struggling financially or just starting out If they paid shipping I would send all my wicked bottles that are quite full- after using ETAC I could never see myself ever touching them again. I don't know how I could make this happen for someone but would like to bless someone- everything I have ever given freely has been given freely back to me ×10! I have been homeless at times and still gave the last $5 in my pocket My life is karma.
I'm 71 and new to this forum I see you had said you have some paint to give away if I paid shipping.Where are you and how much would shipping be
I'd appreciate knowing. Thank you
