man your already an artist.... just a different method of laying paint... or for an airbrushing perspective, i like to think of it as layering shades...
you will succeed if you practice... and dont get hung up when it goes wrong.... keep going and one day everything will just click.... im still waiting for mine to click but im having fun trying haha
i paint in my kitchen... it all depends on what size a gun your laying paint with and what your actually painting with.... you get water based paints and solvent based... indoors definitely waterbased brother (auto air, wicked, createx to name a few) ... plus if your work is more detail stuff the overspray will rarely be enough to leave the panel your working on due to the lower psi your working at.... i can paint in my kitchen no worrys and only ever need to wash the floor because im a clumsy critterWell I have a couple of commissions I have to knock out between now and April 20, so I am just hoping to find some time to open this all up and get working. It sounds like there is much less fallout or overspray or what do you call it when you spray paint in the garage and all of your cars end up with a nice new clear coat from you painting? I would like to paint indoors if I can, but will this be a garage art for me?
Perfect. I really think that the best art is done when you are the most comfortable. I get way way more done when I am comfortable. I used to do a lot of work on a WACOM Cintiq, but it was a drag to get myself to go to the room I had it in and lock myself at a table. I bought an ipad pro when they came out and do 10x the work I used to do on the cintiq just because I can take it on the airplane, sit on the couch etc. I think airbrushing inside vs in my garage is going to be a similar comparison.i paint in my kitchen... it all depends on what size a gun your laying paint with and what your actually painting with.... you get water based paints and solvent based... indoors definitely waterbased brother (auto air, wicked, createx to name a few) ... plus if your work is more detail stuff the overspray will rarely be enough to leave the panel your working on due to the lower psi your working at.... i can paint in my kitchen no worrys and only ever need to wash the floor because im a clumsy critter
