Well, I saw someone get a little light hearted scolding because they didn't hit the intro area and I don't wanna be the next, lol. So, here's a little about me. To sum up my adult life I'm a Desert Storm vet and a Police Chief. I plan to retire in the next few years if at all possible. I started AB by painting fish as a part-time taxidermist; I eventually left the fish behind and stuck with the paint. I'm into music, Harley's, 68 Camaro's and hunting and fishing. I enjoy an occasional cold beer, good fart and hard bodies but not long walks on the beach.

I use an Iwata HP-C+, HP-BCS, Eclipse HP-BS and use HOK paint. I've been painting on and off a few years but still consider myself an advanced beginner. Mainly because I see some of the work out there and can only hope to be that good someday. I like to paint smaller things like bikes, helmets and so forth.

Anywho, I usually read more than post on forums but I like what I see here and I'm excited to learn from everyone. Thanks!

Welcome to the forum aka Madhouse! Thank you for your Service both as a P.O. and as a desert storm vet.
A lot of knowledge here so if you you have a question about something just ask.

Welcome from New Zealand - I almost got to Desert Storm but was taken off the team 2 days before we left... you get that in the military! Thank you indeed for your service. Look forward to seeing what you produce. Are you the same age as the car...? Excellent form for picking up on hints to other people as well... A good start! Look forward to seeing some of your work.

That statement alone means you are going to fit right in

Welcome from Australia.

And yes, we do ask people to introduce themselves, after all its the polite thing to do and we like to get to know people just a little. (and we are nosy bunch)

Welcome from the uk. Thanks for the intro, now we have to think of something else to scold you for lol lol lol. I like to paint bikes and helmets too, amongst other things. Mainly because I don't have room to paint anything bigger. Some great talent around here that I'm constantly learning from, and I hope to get up there one day too.

Post up some of your work. Us nosy lot love to see what everyone gets up to - airbrush wise anyway. lol
