So i have a lot of customers that like the look of the HOK neons but obviously they fade rapidly. Anyone that been in the business longer then me(most) know an avenue to take to get the same look as those bright neons but the ability to last longer?

About the only neon color I mix is green/chartreuse, you can make them last a while longer by spraying a uv clear over it.

Might sound stupid but what di u mean by mix green/chartreuse

I'm not sure you can mix your own true neon. The fluorescent nature of them is to do with having phosphorus materials, which emits light - which causes them to fade quickly. ( my lonely brain cell doesn't know the science, but I believe that's roughly true lol).

Neon (fluorescent) colors are at the end of pigment life which causes that bright glowing effect. That is why the don't last that long. I would make sure you use a UV resistant intercoat clear plus a UV resistant final clear. You can achieve almost the same effect by putting a bright color i.e. Yellow next to a very dark color for contrast.
