Do you have a soldering iron? You can burn your own stencils or cut them using a hobby knife.
Using the soldering iron makes smoother stencils, for me anyway. Plus I can get finer detail with the iron... you can also use a wood burner or a dedicated stencil burner.
I used a lathe to turn down the diameter of a tip then put a angle on it to make the tip very fine .0050 and bent it at a 60 degree angle just like store bought stencil burners are.
You can use a regular bench grinder or even just sandpaper since most tips are made from soft copper.
Artool makes decent stencils. The essential seven is a good set. Easy to clean and use. Texture FX is another stencil I tend to use a lot.
Like suggested above... You can always make your own with a set of French curves, x-acto knifes and Bristol.
