H&S Evolution

I believe you have the "old style" nozzle assembly- or some screwy mess! On my Infinity I can remove the end cap and use that expensive .15 needle for scratching practice :) Trust me, I live dangerously for a living lolol. (See honey? I had to buy the Grafo so I have something to paint with when I bend the needle on the Infinity!)

Ive got the new parts coming. Im amost finished with my first piece so i will start using the Evolution after that. That trigger on it is so smooth.

Recieved my parts today. Went through and cleaned the brush really good and put the new parts on. Wow what a difference. I love the feel of the trigger, but the air valve tension was to tight. Made it a little softer and the brush feels like it was made for me. No more pulling back wondering when paint was going to flow. You twitch you finger and you have paint.

.We're all young at heart here and that's what matter..It's Just a figure of speech... like when @Mr.Micron calls me a young lady... he's wrong on both counts.:D

Im going to be doing some testing today. I tried some CI yesterday and the brush seem to like it. I sprayed a whole cup of it and it only tip dried once at the end of the cup. Com Art it didnt like so much, which is strange because its supposed to be ready right out of the bottle.

Recently I had a lot of issues with com-art paint and the problem was that it dries in the lid of the bottle and when you use it some of that dry paint goes to the cup, I cleaned the lids with acetone and problem solved!! Maybe you could be having the same issue.

Ok my paint test went interesting. Com Art no matter what i did spidered on me. I shook it and filtered it. Its like it to thin right out of the bottle, and it still had lots of tip dry. CI i reduced 1:4 with 4012 and no tip dry and it sprayed very well. I started with 1:1 but that was grainy and ended up 1:4 before i was happy. I know tbis will change constantly but it gives me a base to go by. Really to bad about the com art paint as i really like the tbought of cleaning and reducing with distilled water. Restorer and 4012 gets expensive, but if thats what it takes so be it. I might try working with the com art somemore before i give it up.
