Hi everyone, I did a workshop with Eddy Wouters a few weeks ago. I was extremely lucky that i was the only one who signed up :wink-new:.
I can definitely recommend his workshops to everyone. Eddy has some amazing skills, and really knows what he's talking about! And he has a great way of teaching.
If you live anywhere near Antwerp, go see this guy! Seriously, its well worth your time and money!!

I signed in for his wildlife workshop. The first day of the workshop he covered some of the important basics, and he taught me so much about colour. We were going to paint a piece from his previous painting ' lady lupo' so he could explain the techniques and i could practice. So the first two days of the workshop we worked on a paw of 'lady lupo'.

For the rest of the workshop we were going to paint a part of a tiger, the eye. The next two days we worked on the tiger, but unfortunatly we didn't have enough time to finish the entire piece:apologetic:.

Good thing that Eddy had managed to give me enough knowledge in those 4 days, so i could finish it at home without any problems:adoration:.

Hey thanks for the review elsje, what an amazing job you have done, I think all stages of your paintings look fab....well done you, and what a result finishing it off without assistance

thanks guys :D! I'm really glad that I did this workshop, and i'm happy with the result!

That's fantastic, looks like an awful lot of erasing and scratching, what colours did you use?

Haha yes, its alot of scratching and erasing :p... But I dont mind, i like the results you can achieve using these techniques.
During the workshop we used Createx Illustration Colors and holbein, and i continued the painting at home with paint from schmincke and golden.
