You can get the split crown cap at lion art in the Netherlands, or you could modify the cap from any of knock offs that you can find on eBay but you would have to buy the whole brush.

to happy to early, shipping price from Netherlands to Finland is unrealistic even if its only crown caps ...

If you contact him he can arrange to send them in a normal envelope to keep the cost down, @Lion-Art Is a member here and an absolute gentleman, he will do his best for you.

P.S. Lion is actuslky his name, you could message home here or I believe his website has a chat facility, don't give up just yet, something will get sorted out for you.

Too sad, but i asked if its possible and it was not possible :( Have to look for another ways to improve this amazing airbrush...

I tried to buy two caps for 15 euros, shipping for these was 27~ :)

That is a lot, you would cheaper buying a Chinese knick of and modifying that cap on that, just try to find one with a cap that looks like a crown and not completely round.

Did you tell lion you are a member here?

To mod the cap myself i need to buy tools for that :D so it will get even more expensive. No i didn't told that I am member, i didn't know that it would make any impact :)

I personally think buying the caod from lion even with the shipping is an investment, yiu can use the caps on any iwata airbrush and they will save you far more than the cost on damaged needles and possibly even splayed nozzles.

Contact him again and ask if there is no way he can help you out better, tell you were referred to him from here too.

Also have a look through his website to see if there is anything you might need that would justify the cost of shipping.

Alternatively, Andre's advice is also an option:)

no no, i want split crown cap, if i would like to have just crown cap i would not bother you guys :)

Then you only need a Dremel like tool with a fine cutting disc. You just extend the slits of two of the fingers down to the grip section and then cut them off at the base. But install it on the airbrush first so that you can see which two to trim. You will never get them 100% 12 o'clock and 6 o'clock so get them close. You can either uses a bit of teflon tape to restrict it turning too far or you can just lightly sand the base if it does not turn far enough.

to get the points as close as possible to 12 and 6 o'clock, you may be better off starting with the regular needle cap rather than a crown cap... you will have more flexibility on point placement. A dremel will take care of the rest with some careful use.
