Nozzle size

Didn't yet. I am still thinking what to do. It is so cheap that I would not lost much if I would buy it and made a wrong decision for my needs, but I am watching how I spend money cause I need few more stuff which aren't cheap. I am not impulsive buyer, I usually spend bunch of time on research before I pull the plug. Ani r150 was in my mind, cause gunman review it as a very good mini gun for the money.

did you mailed spraygun how much would cost you if they send it to you? One mail won't kill you. British are very nice and friendly when you doing business with them. My experience.
i did email them. Ok keep you posted.

Another member was looking at that same gun from Sprayguns Direct to be sent to the US and I think he found that the shipping was not a bad price at all, it was very similar to posting in the U.K. I think that’s the case, so hopefully you’ll find the same thing.

I got back an email.
Here is a copy and paste... Is the l looking thing euro or pounds? Or does UK no longer do euro or ??

£79.75 for the gun, £19.90 transport. No tax.

pound.. got it... so that is about 140 bucks to the doorstep.

edit:uk never used euros

Nozzle sizes will be different for mini or full guns.
in a mini gun a .8 or 1.0 will do it all.
1.0 if youre on the edge of needing full size gun, like doing doors, .8 if youre not going much bigger than wheels.
What size objects do you intend to paint?
A full sized gun is really only going to be necessary for something 2k urethane or lacquer paint and only for something maybe hood (bonnet) sized or larger.
A mini gun will do anything smaller or even large if your using some slower flashing paints like enamels.

Compressor wise , on a 25 gallon ( around 4 CFM at 90psi or 6 cfm at 40 psi) compressor you'll be ok with a mini gun.
Full size guns on a 25 gallon compressor there are only two i Know of that can get away with it.
Sprayit sp33000
campbell hausfield DH580000AV

They are full sized guns that get away with very low air consumption, theyre cheap as hell but none of the better quality guns can run so low of air volume. I use them when I have something bigger to do and have to be mobile. I can get fair results from them with the fluid control restricted if its not too hot out so the paint doesnt flash quickly.
Dialed in and under the right conditions they work pretty well.
You will still have to wait on air a lot of times/constantly fiddle with the regulator because for example as your supply pressure goes down from 135 psi to 70 with the regulator set to 20 it will drop from 20 to 15.

If you can move up to 30 gallon (6 cfm at 90 psi 7-8cfm at 40psi) Then these guns will be okay to run.
Rule of thumb is try to get as close as you can to doubling your volume of consumption wit your compressor but at minimum be over it.

Ill leave the unit conversions to you :)

Well here is the kicker. I am doing this in apartment with very big terrace. Right now I am spraying inside, wonted to do that stuff on terrace. So I am a little space limited for compressor size I would say. Need to be quiet compressor so I can do it at nights if needed. I wonted to spray aluminum panels size: 12x12inch, maybe later some used helmets(they are very cheap) for fun and some old bicycle. But the biggest thing which interest me now are those aluminium panels.

edit: And I don't wanna kill myneighbour dog -.-

you could use a ps290 on a 4 gallon compressor.
or just about any of the chinese .5 mini guns that look like this
and id take it somewhere else to do the clear.
I cant think of a clear id trust to stay on the part and not kill the neighbors dog without at least an improvised booth.

maybe uv shielding clear gel coat but it must be sanded and polished, theres no spraying a smooth slick job with it.
or some single part clear decanted from a can.
no 2ks though and i'm not being very cautious, they will hurt someone within 50m

I was thinking about improvised small booth with air outtakes with filters pointed in the different direction then the dog lives. I could do clears at night, was thinking about using those new createx water based ones. Neibhour dog is living inside, but I see him few times per month on a terrace. That lady watch that dog some times from her ex husband. But I don't mind to do clears somewhere else if it's a health hazard for that dog.

Get the dog a mask:)

all i know is they are supposed to be good for exterior apps but not automotive surfaces.
basically nothing that moves at speed or would get powerwashed.
I need to find someone to ask him how much would it cost if he clears those panels...

If you go to a body shop, it doesn't have to cost a lot, they likely only charge you a few €s if it's only a couple panels at a time, they do those with left over stuff they might otherwise have to throw away, all you need to do is ask them, I'm sure there will be a body shop close to where you live, go vist them and discuss it with them, you might even be able to help them in some way of they need something airbrushed.

you could see about renting a booth for a weekend, or even garage you can ventilate where they dont mind you spraying them.
The panels would be easy to to sand and buff though if you used a uv gel.....the other stuff, a little more difficult
