Nice, I will check it out! And yes, it would be good if the compressor wasnt too big. I will continue to look after a better oneCompressor would be an excellent fit, though not super portable if thats a concern.
Lots of people use these guys

I believe you would need to buy a regulator separately. The website Robby posted is excellent, great prices and service too.Do I need to buy regulator separately?
I found this:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/ORAZIO-2...457311&hash=item3f8d82d999:g:OacAAOSwc~laG~M8
Does anyone have any tips of a good shop in europe? Unfortunately it gets more expensive to order from US.
Would be smooth to find the majority items in the same site instead of ordering from many different sources.
Again, thank you for all help Ive got, appreciate it!
So I need a water trap also?https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/aw/d/B00Q54Q4U0/ref=mp_s_a_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1526823291&sr=8-1&pi=AC_SX236_SY340_FMwebp_QL65&keywords=silent compressor&dpPl=1&dpID=51vEqWrzkaL&ref=plSrch
Has regulator, just need an adapter from a standard compressor quick connect to 1/8bsp.
Unless you use the hose style I linked. Then just a euro style male qc with male threads. And maybe a water trap.
And this one ...
https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/aw/d/B00VTSQOO8/ref=mp_s_a_1_18?ie=UTF8&qid=1526823291&sr=8-18&pi=AC_SX236_SY340_FMwebp_QL65&keywords=silent compressor which would be like the 9l orazio but a little smaller. Also appears a euro qc w male threads and that hose I linked would do.
Haha awesome! Im super grateful for the help ive got here.dont over analyse what has been said above...... all those numbers and specs will explode your brain..... i know they did when i started.
You need
a compressor
Something capabable of producing 60psi WORKING pressure and a decent size tank so its not refilling every 5 miutes. Once you know what compressor you're getting you'll know what size the compressor oulet is,Regulator:
This may / may not be included with the compressor, if not then purchase one with a moisture filter just for piece of mind. If it has a regulator but no moisture trap you can get the small ones that fit the airbrush end. they also provide a reasonable grip for the brush too.airhose
choose the airline to suit the outlet from the regulator, either 1/8 or 1/4 is the norm. if you're getting the iwata brush you'll need either 1/4" or 1/8" at the compressor end and 1/8"at the airbrush end. They make hoses to suit either scenario.airbrush
The Iwata has the 1/8" fitting.Paint
what you have available locally is advisable but not always an option. You've already mentioned, Com-art or Golden high flow and they'll be a good starting point.Ventilation.
unless you are painting in the great outdoors then you will need ventilation of some sort. Open window / exhaust fans are all good choices. The better the ventilation the better it is for your health.Mask
A mask is always recomended, even for waterbase paint. You think your ventilation is adequate ? try blowing your nose after spraying black paint for an hour !!
An RZ mask with the hepa filter is adequate as long as you have room ventilation. They're readily available, not hugely expensive
Something to paint on.
Pretty much anything that stays still long enough can be painted if prepared appropriately !Beverage and music of choice:
Yes i realise that beverages and masks dont mix well, but the RZ is at least easy to get on / off and you'll need to stand back every now and then to get a proper look at how your artwork is turning out.
If you like really loud music and nearby humans are not so keen then consider headphones, but not so loud you end up giving yourself tinitus - -
Pretty much anything that stays still long enough can be painted if prepared appropriately !
No, not really. See Jackies post.Haha awesome! Im super grateful for the help ive got here.
Maybe I will get the items mentioned from air-craft. Is the compressor "Sparmax TC-610H Plus Airbrush Compressor" as good as the previously you linked?
I will look further into it tomorrow
Im usually doing paintings around 1,5 x 1,5m and sometimes bigger but never 5x5m. I paint on panel or canvas, with a ground layer of gesso or something like that.Heres the questions.....Do you plan to do murals or artwork bigger than oh, say 1Mx 1M?
Do you plan to spray on fabric?
How often would your art be bigger than .5M x .5M?
