Yup, they are all painted from the back backwards. It is a pain and quite limiting for sure but really the only way to do it. With proper planning you do quite a bit. I have been tempted to do some on the outside because obviously you could really raise the bar that way. On the black and red one the black is painted outside. It was the best way to get the matte finish I wanted to contrast the bling of the candy red.
. I did generally stay small with the project sizes though, maybe out of habit, but also for practice. The most recent thing I did though as a cabinet that was somewhere around 20x30 inches!
