Whats up guys just thought I’d say hi. New to the forum and new to airbrushing. I’ve never done this before but looks like lots of fun. Ordered a Grex XB and hope it arrives soon!

welcome to your new home, please wipe your feet upon arrival. You'll also notice to the right of the door are some special order 'cuddle me' Jackets. Please feel free to use one as needed so you are unable to use your airbrush as a surrogate dart. Please also return it when youre finished with it so that others may make use of them.

What got you interested in airbrushing and what area of airbrushing are you intending to do eg: textiles/ models / miniatures / vehicles / fine art ?
I think we all arrived with one intention but that expanded as we got to know the capabilities of this versatile new toy.

What paints are you thinking of ? it will vary depending on your intended use

Welcome to the group. I have never had a Grex so I can not respond to that. I do use their E’tac paints and they are my favorite.

Welcome to the forum, plenty of info here for you to look at and read. Lots of great artists also who can advise and guide you if you get stuck. You have a decent airbrush on the way, let us know what other stuff you are thinking of getting, sometimes there are better alternatives available. Enjoy your stay, i hope its a long one.

Hopefully, you're a quick study and learn to hold the airbrush properly. Otherwise you'll accidentally 'discover' the art of face painting.
