spidering paint = pressure to high and I have had 2 students that used a HS airbrush and both had trouble with the control of that airbrush and it got worse when the started to use thinner paint but did great with the same paint in the student airbrush I had : a Iwata hp b+

It could just be you need to fine tune your ratios a little more. It takes a while to nail it and find what's perfect for the brush.

What I am noticing is that the spidering seems to mostly go in one direction. It could be because of the angle you are holding the brush, or it may be a speck of dirt in that side of the nozzle, or possibly the the nozzle may have a tiny crack or imperfection? Or as I say it could be just the way you hold the brush.

Its hard to see (I'm on my phone) but your lines look like they are skipping - like little dots. To me that suggests a dirty or damaged nozzle too.

I think you are getting close - the spidering, or spreading out of the paint, when trying to do the dots is either too much air pressure, or too much paint - you can try moving the tip of the brush away form the surface of the paper, just a little to see what happens. 2 drops paint, 1 water at around 20 psi. You are very close. DO NOT CLEAN ANYTHING - just keep trying to paint. Every time you take the brush apart, you will introduce another variable! When you are done painting, just run water through the brush till it runs clear. Pull your needle, and wipe it, do not put it all the way back in till you are ready to paint again...

I am totally a beginner so take this for what it's worth, but could it be something as simple as the control you have with your finger on the trigger when you're spraying? The only reason I ask is because I've noticed that since I have not quite yet developed the muscle memory while using my brush, my finger tends to be unsteady while making fine lines. Although it may just be me because of my carpal tunnel. Idk just thought I'd try to contribute somehow.

This is 2 drop of color and 1 of water.
    15 and 20 psi pressure.
I think is better than yesterday test... or no?

The fine line is not continued like yesterday.

I believe you will start getting better lines with practice. It takes a while to get used to where the trigger needs to be, and with how much air - each day you will build confidence and skill - just keep going. Remember, do not MESS with the brush more than needs to be done to keep it clean enough to spray :) - then keep practicing.

Also, remember what I mentioned about painting on fabric. A plain white t-shirt could wind up being you best friend.
