    So this is the end result of the colour one. Very happy with what I learnt and well worth the money spent. Even got a spare bit of paper over for another project! Hopefully the paints will do the colours I want as well. The paint is a very different animal from Golden. 2017-01-11 12.47.29.jpg

    Looks like you did a great job! For sure, the Createx is completely different than Golden. I have been using Golden airbrush medium and a flow release with the Golden to get similar lay down and transparency- but, not on synthetic paper, but illustration, or gesso board. Working on synthetic paper is a different animal in itself, too! "Claybord" is something I want to tackle next.

    Oh I love clayboard... that was what I did my kingfisher on. I want to trial the createx on some art board. I have a piece of the blair synthetic paper to trial with the golden.
