Whaaaassup, y'all? It's Uncle Buckwheat from the lone star state.

I've always done various types of art as a hobby, studied a little bit of graphic design in college. Bought my first airbrush so I could start applying Duracoat to firearms for myself and friends (imagine that, a gun nut from Texas?!). Eventually started doing helmets and gas tanks and whatnot for motorcycles. Discovered this forum while looking for examples/instruction for an idea I've got for something I haven't seen done before.

Hey hey, welcome from New Zealand... what sort of brush y'all slingin'...?

I actually have an Iwata airbrush and one of their little desktop compressors, but I typically use my old Paasche that I got at the local Hobby Lobby when I first started.

Helmet I've been working on. Cobalt blue flames over Ford Sonic Blue Pearl over gloss black basecoat
