After two attempts of a4 paper,I tried on a large sheet of paper and I must say that is more simple, but still remains the difficulty of making a textur with white. Perhaps it is the type of color? I use the white of AEROCOLOR Schmincke.

    PS.:Sorry for my English! :beaten:

Looks very good Azzuro, can see that you been airbrushing for sometime already :) . And about the Schmincke Aero Color White, it is really abit of a problem color. All other colors from Schmincke are good but white kinda does not flow
as good and you have more problems with tip dry. I use the white from Hansa pro color now and it is better to work with, but i might also try out the Wicked detail white that Mitch reviewed in a thread today.
And nothing wrong with your english ;)

    Azzurro,

That looks really good. I've been working on the leopard as well. And I was using createx white at first. I screwed up a couple leopards and eyes with it. I bought the wicked detail white and it works great. I enlarged the right eye so I could practice the textures on a larger piece. Check out "taking a step back" and look at my leopard and see what you think. I'm still working on it. I just need some feedback.

I know. I'm really impressed. The detailing the leopard is really hard. The eyes look terrific.

Nice work, if your looking to try new white... try Wicked Detail white. I reduce it almost 50% for detail, and if I keep my air pressure down it works great. Too much air and I get spider legs, but less reducer and I can get away a little with higher air pressures. Tip dry seems to take longer to set in with the Wicked.

Good looking painting though, it feels like I'm being watched.

    Edit:
I missed a number there...I meant to say 500%, 5 parts reducer to 1 part paint. I've gone even farther with more porous, open fiber kind of paper.

OK, then the solution of the problem texture appears to be Wicked Detail white.
    I must have ...:love-struck:

I think the difference in results stems from a lot of equipment, the leopard above I used a sheet of cardboard 308g, to get started I bought a Neo for IWATA and Schmincke Aero Color and I have a two-cylinder compressor with air tank, and I am quite satisfied.

Your right about the Schminke aero colour white, I have the same problem with that, it doesn't even cover white without looking dirty, but you did a great job here even if you were held back by the paint, I've asked Mitch to try to test the paint like he did with others, but I think your true talent will be seen better with another paint, thumbs up friend.

You're right man, the white of AEROCOLORS schminke is catastrophic, I hope you're right that goes better with another color.Thank you.

Hey Azzuro, if you are painting mostly on paper or canvas, you should try out the white from Hansa Pro Color, most german airbrush illustrators use that white instead of the Schmincke.
I also have it and it works better then the Schmincke, you could also try the Wicked Detail white too.
