Illustration separating

Is it normal for paint to separate in the bottle?

The createx illustration paints seem to slightly separate after 30-45 min.
The tan skin tone is by far the worst. Even after 5-10 it starts separating in the airbrush.
After 15min it's very easy to see the different levels of whatever is in the paint both in the cup and even more so in the bottle...

Has anyone else ran into this?
Normal or old/bad paint?

It's normal for paints to separate, that's why you shake or stir before you mix. Occasionally bubble the paint in the cup.

yep, I've createx bloodline 'old bone white' that starts visibly separating after 10 min. As Mark said, regularly mix in the cup - every time I stop to 'look' at the artwork I back flush gently (tissue over the cup if you don't have a lid) , always give the bottles a really really really good shake / stir before using for the day, and shake vigorously before adding to the cup.

Yeppers...very normal. When using them i shake my airbrush often...just to keep it mixed
