Liquid Mask

I would like to use a brush-on liquid mask when airbrushing some crankbaits (fishing lures). Is there one brand that is better for use on plastics? I've seen some that utilize a pen to apply. Are these a viable option? Or is the whole idea a waste of time? Thank You for any suggestions here.

I use liquid masking materials kind of frequently, and it is my take that many to most are actually the same sort of stuff... I use molotow pens or markers, and they work pretty well. My favorite is some stuff that came in a bottle labeled "fineline", and it has a long, metal nib (like a needle) for applying the masking fluid - with some practice, I can get some very fine details with it.

Be darn sure whatever paint you use, has good adhesion because you basically have to rub the stuff off.

If you can remember you have it, it can come in quite handy. IN fact, I saw a post on instagram recently where Corey St.Claire was using it on a car or bike he was doing.
