Hi, I'm painting RC car bodies and using Bittydesign liquid mask. This works great for the underside and great designs can be achieved with ease.

However for various post paint effects I have to paint this particular body on the exterior. My question is, can I use the liquid mask over paint layers without pulling or ripping an existing paint layer?

    Many thanks.

50/50 intercoat clear and 4012 reducer helps to stop peeling off. Well for me anyway. Just an idea...

    Just a fine dusting.

Hi Tuffnutz, took a look at your channel, amazing stuff!

What is this intercoat of which you speak? Is it a primer for the first coat, or a mask? I must do some googling. Also 4012. Ooo I'm learning so much!!

    Many thanks.

{Edit} Just read your message again while awake and it makes more sense! Cheers.
