    Good morning dear informative forum...:)

Got a gas tank that I do my expirements on, and want to know if it's possible to airbrush monochromatic (black-wicked colors) right onto the primer (it's been scuffed), and then apply some candy, BUT it's HoK candy. Can I do that or not?
If yes, is there any additional process it has to be done?
    Thanks!

you shouldn't have any issues using the HoK candy over the wicked paint, BUT if you can, making a small test piece to verify that everything will be okay and look the way you want might not be a bad idea. It can save you from a big head ache if the paint destroys itself or maybe you don't get the effect you were going for.

I will assume you do have the sg100 intercoat clear to mix the HOK candy into right ?
Yeah you left that part out. But HOK over the wicked should not be an issue as long as the wicked is 100% cured.

Well Candy needs a binder so you either need the sg100 intercoat clear or a urethane intercoat clear. The HOK candy can be used with different intercoats as long as they are urethane and in some cases I have used candy in 1k clear coat due to being out of intercoat.
