    This is what paasche was playing with on the Talon. They had that rubber o-ring and you could tune your spray pattern. I figured they did it because they couldn't machine two nozzles the same.

    Thats gotta be huge PITA to try and tune by sliding it on an oring.
    Maybe it was a clever way to be able to use chinese parts and make people think it was a feature....

    The change on the head must be very small that it actually does not matter because they did not even change the part number so you will not know if you get a V1 or a V2. That goes for the nozzle as well. Still the same part number. The needle is indeed shorter but I doubt anything else is different.
