What's the problem?
This is wicked paint.
It was sprayed with undiluted solution that did not contain reducer.

Hello,

What setup and what pressure are you using? Looks like the paint was not properly atomized. Possible causes could be paint too thick or air pressure too low among others.

I agree with tatocorvette. I would also like to add maybe to heavy too fast. Have you cleaned and prepped the surface?

several things could be going on here,
paint too thick, so reduce it
PSI too low, so increase it.
Surface not prepped properly, wipe with Isopropyl Alcohol or a Wax & greaser remover and do not touch it with bare hands once clean.
To much paint at once, first coat should be a 'mist' coat, very light.
