Cleaning is soooooooo important with airbrushes. a jewellers loupe (small high magnification glass) is a great thing to have in your toolbox..... you'll be amazed at what is still there after a clean

I do not know what your comfort level is in taking a brush apart, so the question is a bit hard for me to answer. I am still thinking the needle packing just needs adjusting...

You need to remove the needle. Then unscrew the part that holds the chucking guide (the part you took the needle out of) into the body of the brush. The trigger needs to be pulled out of the tip of the brush. At this point, you should be able to see into the body of the brush. The needle packing is behind the threaded insert you see within the brush, under the color cup (you should see the hole the needle would pass through) You can try adjusting the needle packing by turning the screw IN just a small amount. Install the needle, and feel for resistance. You should feel a bit of tightness as the needle passes through the packing - if it just feels free to push in, the packing needs to be tightened more. If it is very tight, and hard to press the needle through, the packing needs to be loosened. Removing the threaded insert will also remove the packing... being teflon, there is not much chance that paint s stuck to it.

I am in for the night, and we had some strange weather today - Near flooding, and a small tornado, so I don't intend on heading back into the studio. I'll check back on this post, and if you need further assistance I can take my H&S apart tomorrow, and take photo's - although, an on line schematic should be just as helpful.

H&S has no tension adjustment on the needle packing. It is supposed to be tightened all the way.

Not completely true. The more you tighten it, the more it squashes the seal and more resistance against the needle. You've got about half a turn from when the seal touches to when the needle does not want to move anymore. That is a new set of seals I'm talking about.

I think, maibe i solved the reason...

Before, the needle passed inside the needle packing with out attrition, as if the gasket was not present.
I called the store, and he also told me that there must be a minimum of attrition.

I disassembled everything completely and reassembled, now when i passed the needle inside the needle packing i fell little bit of attrition, now i thik the gasket make here work correctly.

After dinner i try to airbrushing again and i hope to seolved definetly the reason.

Thank you a lot to all for the support. :)

Paint in the trigger area can only happen when the needle packing fails to do it's job, for what ever reason. Usually, they can simply be adjusted - I thought about this one since yesterday, and while it has been stated in this thread that the H&S does not have an adjustable needle packing, I know for sure my Infinity leaked like yours into the trigger area, and I was able to snug up the needle packing retaining screw to solve the problem. Now, was the screw loose, or is it adjustable? that question I don't have the answer for, but do know that my tightening it solved my issue.

I'm posting a parts diagram that I found on line to help identify what we are talking about, so that we can be on the same page throughout trying to solve the problem at hand. The needle packing is part no. 123450 in this diagram...

Huh, I've never noticed that. I've always just turned it until it stopped. Never tried to turn it any more than that.

My "cleaning system" is bad, i know this today.

I cant adjust the needle packing, just turn right and close the screw.

Today i work and painting, and no paint in trigger area, tonight i make one more test.
