Small time stuff here guys but I now have access to spray booth anytime- ordered a big bottle silver and gold metallic and big bottle of candy2o. My question is if you were just doing small panel how much would you mix so no paint wasted like 18×24 panel

I'd use the booth owner for this advise. they do this for a living.
It will be determined by how many coats and at what pressure you are spraying !

... just enough to keep the gun working till you're finished. Is it gravity feed? maybe 300 to 400ml once it's mixed and reduced

Yup, pretty much. You'll work it out as you go along. Better a bit too much than a bit too little!

if its just base colors, it doesnt really matter..best to mix up too little than too much if its 2pac or the like, if just acrylic again it doesnt matter, just store it for next use..Its always easy to make some more base if ya run out..If its 2pac style paints with a catalyst, mixing up too much is just a waste of coin but as others mentioned, depends on the amount of candy coats you have planned essentially..You could use as little or a lot when it comes to candy..
