Can you use any acrylic water base paint through an airbrush at all

Basically, you can handle everything with the airbrush that you can bring about the consistency of milk. The size of the pigments determines how big the nozzle should be. So if di get the color through the 0.18 nozzle or a 0.2 or even only through a 0.3 nozzle.

When you thin thick paint to get it thin enough to spray, then you most likely have watered it down so much that it is very transparent.

I would get some Golden airbrush medium to mix it with.
