Rose SBS

Hey Guys and Girls.
Does anybody know of a good SBS either here or on YouTube for painting a Rose?
I’ve tries searching both and haven’t found what I need.
I’ve found Fred’s amazing Blue Rose & Water Droplets. But I need somthing a little more remedial focussing on just the flower.

it is not really much different than this pencil tutorial - medium is different, bu tthe steps are the same.

If I was unsure about creating the shapes, I would probably print several copies of the reference out on regular copy paper, and cut the individual petals out to help define the shapes, and use as shields for shading. Once some basic definition is defined, you could probably use hand held shields to further shape and shade...

Thanks both @DaveG and @Mr.Micron. I’ll check both of those out and give it a whirl.
I’d like to paint something nice for my Girlfriend. She’s so supportive, not just in Airbrushing, but everything in life. Plus I’ve never tried flowers or anything other than Horror Images really. So this’ll be a nice change of pace.
