I have only seen it advertised by Dru so most likely through his school. Unless you mean the first short trigger and that you can get through Foxy or Dru. Not sure about Coast.

the trigger from the Iwata HP SB+ fitted to my micron SB v2 and it works perfect , mind you it is slightly higher than the V1 trigger but lower than the V2,

Like I promised here is my new trigger on my SB. And yes it's an Olympos trigger but much better than the stock one.
