Wondering which position is used the most. I know that certain situations will make you change but do you prefer to Sit or Stand in general?

I usually stand till I find I'm leaning over spraying something then I sit if possible.

I'd have picked both if there was an option, depends on what im doing and where, sometimes its easier to stand but in my spare room upstairs i sit as its more convenient.

I tend to sit most of the time, I have a built in seat cushion so I may as well make the most of it lol

Yup I also do both. Depends on what I'm working on and how lazy I feel!

Eclectic taste in music = great motivation. Glenn Miller Big Bands to Led Zeppelin, etc., rockin' the studio!

What, no Nine Inch Nails? ;) Have similar eclectic music leanings, compliments of my daughter when she went to college. I play tunes too while doing things here. Just can't DO anything yet except get annoyed at my left shoulder until it heals some more. Didn't tear or break things, but got real close. How hard can it be to operate an airbrush with your non-dominant hand? Think I'll be finding out...

Oh my!! I feel your pain as I dance around with screws in the wrist of my dominant hand. Diligently working on getting the trigger finger to play nice...... not quite there yet.

@LadyCharlie, I saw your post about the horse. I've been "love tapped", nipped, and stepped on by horses years ago, but nothing like that. Hope all goes well with your trigger finger rehab!
