another battle piece! 5 Aussies vs 5 Yankees all painting the same picture chosen by the leader.....!

    A3 YUPO
    Createx Illustration paints

I'm not bothered about the overspray at this stage as I have made a paper stencil to lay over the work to put the background in :)

Hey presto it looks so much lighter - and the Orange (burnt sienna) pops now! Lots to blend and erase now, interested to see how easy it erases compacted to Blair Paper :)

Not as strong as the Blair, it erases well with my aggressive erasers, I had 1 issue where some of the paint lifted but it was a small area. Overall I'm happy, I don't know the thickness but it's thin! Very strong though :)

and MJ is done, again I felt I achieved a good skin tone with relatively little trouble, Lifeline Had it covered :) The YUPO performed well but I never used a blade on it either. Thanks for looking

Very nicely done. I agree with you about the paint being able to lift. It most likely was some oils from your skin or even manufacturing. Did you wipe it down with denatured alcohol before starting? I think Dru's paper has a bit more tooth to it.

    Thanks guys,

It's a group effort - not sure how it works!
Yes Dru paper has better tooth, I did not clean it, I don't think it was oils as it lifted in a straight formation with the eraser, who knows!
