Etac PS 2014 then and now

All were painted the treated with top coat for Aqua Flow and Pol E Tac for PS and then heat set. Washed in gentle cycle cold water and hung dry. Note the fade with the Etac and I have experienced the same fade with Wicked.

One difference that I failed to mention is the Aqua Flow shirts were on Onida 50/50 cotton polyester. The Etac are on 100% cotton. I have don Etac on 50/50 and had similar fade issue.

Hi,
What type of textile paint did you use and how did you mix it? I'm hoping to try out airbrush on shirts and other fabrics. Thanks in advance.

The ones that didn't fade as badly were done with Aqua Flow and sprayed with Top Binder and then heat set. Now I am using Etac Privet Stock and Pol-E-Tac and then heat set. I am experimenting on the right mix to get PS to last as long as Aqua Flow did. I am thinking of ordering Aqua Flows Top Binder because I think it holds up better.
