Made a few purchases from them. I have to say their customer service has been great. Had a problem with my compressor and after a few days had a brand new one sent (rush) to me. My wife (Santa) purchased a new airbrush and Createx paints for me for Christmas from them. Upon arrival I noticed that I did not have the proper regulator adapter for the hose. She emailed them and about the adapter and they came through again. She received an email from them apologizing for the inconvenience and soon after received the proper adapter, no charge.
