    I have bought a second hand Badger 155 Anthem, and the air inlet has what I think is a 5mm connection. Why is it so short?

    I think you are asking about where the air hose connects? Who knows, they have always had an odd ball size. If you do not have an air hose for the badger, they make an adapter that fits the brush and will accept a standard 1/8" hose fitting. One came with the last Badger I purchased...
