    Hello to everyone !
I am at a bit of a cross roads at the moment and need some advice.
I have used etac efex with some success. (Available in EU.)
Ive been using Trident but am now running low.( replacement of full range from Australia only. with 6 week postage at high cost)
    Ive never used wicked.
I live in Ireland and most of my work is on hard surface . ie. auto work.
    My question !
Do I replace Trident with difficulties with postage ?
Do I move to Wicked and purchase all new ?
Do I purchase etac all new?
Thanks to all for any response ;-)

I use Wicked on everything. Best universal all around paint that I have found. Can paint tshirts, to metal, and everything in between :)

I'd say go with the easiest option that you can afford..All decent brands. Ever thought of uro's though? prob be able to get em much easier down the road, if your in a spot you can use such and if mainly doing auto I'd be all over uros but some like their waterbournes...The one thing i wouldnt do thugh is mix brands..if you still have a lot of trident left, perhaps replacing the bottles you've used may be cheaper in the long run than setting up a whole new set but with postage I could understand that it may just be as cheap to set up a color range in a diff brand..But if you do, dont mix the two unless you do some testing first, they may not like each other much..Good luck

Sorry, i`ll start again. Do you have access to buying airbrush inks. I use Trident in Australia . Still a bit pricy, but great paint. I also use airbrush inks which combine with Trident no worries. Maybe you could buy some airbrush inks to add to your Trident supplies at a better price. I paint helmets and inks are fantastic and so easy to clean from your gun. Just saying.

PM @matty171 he is a fellow Irishman and may be able to offer better advice then the rest of us.
Wicked is good But Trident does flow like urethane , I myself have never had any luck with E'tac .
But I do know getting certain paints in certain places the shipping and customs cost more then the paint .
Trident is costly here in the US as well.

Trident isn't that costly anymore 'specially because well.... the US Dollar is kicking the Canadian Dollar $100.00 Canadian would be approximately $75.00 US. GREAT for you :) bad for me :(

What wait you mean the USDollar is starting to be worth something ?? LMAO
I have not checked into the price in a while . I was given a some free samples of it to test and at that time I could have bought 4 large bottles of Wicked for the price of 1 bottle of trident. But that was also back when it first came out.

orSimon Murray of sm designs is in NI I believe, and carries the entire createx range including Wicked which I love. It is a great all rounder but for auto work is fab as the Detail (trans) colours in particular pop great when cleared. Some people don't get on with it as the great colour is because of high pigment, which needs a bit more playing around with to nail reduction, but IMO is well worth taking the time to do. Before committing though, just buy one bottle and one of the 4012/w500 reducer, (which is a must, ot doesn't reduce or flow well with water, but the reducer also doubles as a great cleaner so no need for extra products) to try out.
If you decide to go with Lion-art, can also recommend, he is very reliable.
Regarding inks, I have only tried FW, and found they sprayed well, but for auto when cleared seemed a little chalky looking.

I'm not surprised you're going with Simon now, he's got the sexiest voice ever for a man, I had to stop watching his videos because his voice kept making me wish I was girls and my nipples were always going hard, my wife was starting to get worried:eek::eek::eek:

Wicked and detail are great paints,a little frustrating at first{can be REALLY frustrating:cry:lollol}but works out quite economical as you have to reduce it and Simon is a good egg.. @Malky calm down and think of your condition:confused::eek::eek:.
