Hi Gail, Yes it does help if you say where you live because some products are easier to get hold of in the USA than in Europe or Australia etc.
I have only ever used Golden Fluid paint mixed with Golden Airbrush Medium which is supposed to be very good for fabrics and I painted a couple of T shirts that came out well but it needs to be mixed.
Both these can be used straight from the bottle I believe, so no mixing needed.
Medea do a textile paint Here is a link

And I've heard people mention Spectra-Tex. Heres a link
http://www.spectratex.com/index2.htm I've never used this either.
Are you an airbrusher? Do you already have paints that would be usable for fabric? Are you planning on painting other surfaces? Which airbrush do you have? All these things will influence a choice of paint
It would be good if you put a post in the Introduction section.
My advice is to test out the paint on a spare bits of the same Tutu material and wash it a few times to see how it stands up, hand washing is usually best. The fabric will also need to be heat set with an Iron or Hot Press or in a Tumble Dryer. The links I've put up are random so you should search for a supplier near where you live when you decide which one to get.
Good Luck
Mel
