Alclad 2 Chrome lexan

Hi Im thinking of using Alclad chrome lexan. does anyone know much or anything about it. Is it a water base or solvent and if solvent could i over spray on the edges with wicked colours.In order to thin my line of colour. i have been told gloss black is the back coat to use. but i want the chrome to be a light chrome.so could a use a pearl white as an under coat. so does any one use it. thanks for your time on this.just want a change. phil

I haven't used this, but I have tried a sample of something similar. It works best over a black base, it gets the proper intensity much better and much quicker. Other than that can't help I'm afraid.
