Hi Guys Im looking to start airbrushing controllers i started out spray painting them and got some good money out of it and i enjoyed doing it but i want them to look even better so i thought hey why not try airbrushing them i have used an airbrush before butim not a "pro" so i need help finding a good and cheap airbrush that will work nice for what im painting. I willnot be using it to make fine details i use stencils instead so those kind of airbrushes are out i just need something thats affordable (cheap) and easy to use so if you could help me out that would be amazing thanks.

Amazon, or tcb global has cheap guns. Wicked paints work great with shaker can clear.
I was looking at A Master Pro G22 on Ebay by TCP but didnt know if that would fit my criteria and ideas?

When airbrushing the general rule of thumb is "you get what you pay for" with that being said just about anything under $80 is not worth the money. For the $80 to $120 range there are several siphon feed or gravity feed options by Badger and Iwata. I own a master G233 (set) and wont do it again!

I would suggest Badger Krome or Patriot. I have both and they are great. Patriot is cheaper, Krome is more versatile, but more expensive.
Master is probably not a good idea as stated above.

Just buy a krome by Badger , It comes with a .3 and a .2 needle nozzle set up and can work in small place like Xbox controllers .
Paint Wicked works on all surfaces and is color fast so will not fade.

Don't sweat it, the patriot is a very capable brush. Picking off all of the paint when you get tip dry can suck, the needle is a little recessed in the cap.

Use Seamonkey's sponge tip in this video on the patriot for combatting tip dry.

Awesome That was the only thing i was worried about with this airbrush but this video is a really good tutorial thanks :)

I actually got a tip form @wmlepage for the Patriot. He filed down the protruding sidewall on the cap. I may do this on my fine setup for detail work because tip dry effects you more on ultra fine lines.
The Medium needle nozzle set was less than $15, I will be using that for my workhorse and keeping the sidewalls on the cap to protect the needle more. Do some research on polishing your needle also(no sexual pun intended), it helps with the tip dry problem as well.
