Thank you so much Vlad. Yes, I am loving the plotter as a tool to help. For me it unlocks many possibilities for future projects. Buying tools as I go along works great for me as I find I don’t waste a lot of money. Generally by the time I purchase something I’ve had the chance to be sure I will make use of it. It makes sense to me to take it slow.

Definitely, possibilities are wide with the thing. Besides, your productivity is on the next level, can't even describe this level, though you know it well yourself now.

And you buy goods among the best for the jobs, I haven't seen any compromises. That's good feature of yours:)
This happens not very often. It seems, you see clearly what you need and where you go. Have a good way!

Thanks Mate. Yes, I do like to research the best that I can afford and wait until I can get the right tool. Even if I have to be patient and save a little more money. But so far it has served me well.

    Simon, I'll tell ya what.
After some time watching videos and reading info concerning ABing, I stopped watching videos as that began wasting of time for the reason of not getting any new kind of info on techs etc. But in these two videos there's such concentrate of tips, trick, techs, that I've been gathering for a lot of time of watching, reading, practicing. Nevertheless, I've found in the videos an interesting tool, that pushed me towards thinking of making one for myself, maybe it's going to be useful.
So, if someone new in airbrushing reading this post, I could tell one thing watch it and learn for free platinum info that's in there, for it's really platinum not golden.
Man says, he's going to make many videos in this 20/20. And what I can say... I'm going to watch them. Haven't ever been to this channel before, it is great channel.
    Thanx for sharing!

You’re welcome my friend. I guess you watched the video of the Storm Trooper Panel too. I really like the way Scott Mackay structures his tutorials, he really does get a huge amount of information across, but takes the time to explain his reasons behind a technique or why he uses a particular type of transfer tape for example. I’m also interested to see what he does in 2020. Glad you enjoyed the videos.

No, haven't fully watched any other besides these two. Even from them people can gain a lot, just for free! Though, started watching just from the video you're mentioning, then switched to widow videos just for curiosity's sake. Then curiosity followed me till the end of part 2:).
Yes, he tells many minute nuances that influence much the process of custompainting, very important nuances.
Concerning the tapes I can tell, that I got information not from AB world, but from other fields where people use it. In the videos man gives very important info about the tape use just in AB video, that's cool.
As I remember, I've bought huge roll of the same transfer tape he uses in the video. It sits in the studio waiting for its time to rock. Good thing is it seems my choice was right, TrasferRITE;)
BTW, FBS tapes are manufactured in Germany at IKS clebeband, as I understand, if I remember the manufacturer right. I have some of their tapes (not FBS branded), they are very good quality products:thumbsup: Its cool that guys from Germany can have them for reasonable price, not imported prices.

That is cool to be able to get the good tapes and avoid the import costs. I also bought a large roll of the RTape LOL. I will not have to buy any again for a while, but it was pretty reasonably priced too.

This is amazing, i love the background colors you chose. Thanks for the links too. I also got the cameo 4 and since I’ve never used a plotter I have much to learn and too little time to do it. I’ll get there eventually though.

Thanks Rebecca, I appreciate it. There’s a couple of good channels on YouTube that helped me get started with the plotter and if I can get it going then anybody can.

Awesome. I don’t have that DVD yet, but I have heard really good things about it. Scott’s tutorials are always really well thought out and full of info. I’m sure you’ll be happy with it.

    Very cool painting!
Good lessons are important and take you further. Sometimes you watch videos and still don't get ahead. If you can watch someone live using their technique, you have a completely different understanding.
Your SBS and the videos are really great.

Thank you Micha. You’re right about just the videos. I must have watched the two tutorials 10 times each before painting it and I still had to go back and check them a couple times.
