Cleaning tacky spray residue?

I was hoping somebody could tell me best way to get rid of tacky spray residue. I did a paint job on an office desk that was built to look like the stern of a charter fishing boat. I painted the letters using stencils sprayed with "Aleena's" tacky spray and after removing stencils gummy residue was left. I will post pics shortly of the job. Any help would be great!!! Thankya in advance.

GOOGONE... works great and you can find it at the dollar tree if you have one down your way.
Yes I have used it on WICKED , and HOK have not tried it on spectra yet.
 
Thanks Doc , learned that doing the mailboxes and had a sticky roll of painters tape. Worked great and did not ruin the art work.
