Needle-chuck Ninja
This is about 8 coats of gesso on heavy cotton duck, applied with a taping knife.

It's as smooth as sythetic paper but doesn't erase as easy. It scratches beautifully though. I doesn't erase with a sand eraser or electric, just not as easy as on Terraslate or styrene.

I can see it coming in handy when I get around to larger projects where paper will get too pricey.

I have a crapload of leftover inventory for when I imported photo etched brass detail kits for armor models. I figured, why not?



I sense some Gigeresque stuff in my future.
