First eye attempt

I've been practicing dagger strokes, dots, lines, blending and finally took a shot at the eye for the first time. Maybe okay for a first shot. I find the eyelashes to be by far the hardest part, getting those dagger strokes the right size, width, etc. Iris is hard too. Next time I try this, I'm going to see if I can work on that mottled look in the iris. Maybe using figure 8 strokes? Any input is welcome.

The excercise practise paid off. Give the figure 8's a try. It's all about experimenting and trial and error. If it doesn't come out how you'd like at least you'll no what not to do next time.

thats excellent my friend, you have really nailed the lashes aswell which is something generally people really struggle with early on......well done indeed
