I managed to smear paint on the face. Tried to repair it but I made a mess. It looks more than Freddy zombie. Start again tmorrow
Before you throw him away have a go at a repair and see what happens, try having go like this shows you.

tnx for the link
new start. I will try to repair the other one later
@bad65 remind me to show you how to fix that paint spil without using any paint to cover it but just by using a eraser or erasers as it is etac efx it can be done if you know how
and a great start on the second version
@bad65 if you take your electric eraser with a hard tip you can erase the paint blob if you done this take a soft eraser and softer the hard edges the hard eraser tip left behind then push back the shading that surrounds the damaged / erased part with a grey scotch brite this is the easy part now for the hard part start building up your values starting with the erased part till about 80% and start blending it in with the surrounding value work slow and give the paint time to dry as it will dry up a bit darker
if I am not wrong you were not even close to the final value when it went south on you with the paint spill so you should be fine repairing it I know you can do it with the skills you have
tnx for explaining, I will try this when I finished this painting
further, I used eraser to create skintexture
worked on the scales of the weird jacket
finished, hope you like it!
