    If you wish to do a SBS then you can, it’s not compulsory but it does mean you could submit it for Picture of the month if you wish :)

    oh boy only reading all the responses on this thread takes up all my time lol I best get a move on and work on my gargoyle portrait and get you all to work your way trough this challenge :D

    Like @JackEb said you can do it any way you want and there is no wrong or right way to paint this gargoyle in my WIP/SBS I said there are many ways to paint this portrait and I work freehand and use eraser techniques and hand held shields
    not everyone can use eraser techniques for various reasons : the paint that is used cant be erased , you never used eraser techniques or the substrate soaks up all the paint and what ever you can think off

    for those who wont use eraser techniques or who are not comfortable with only freehand I advice to go for the use of stencils in combination with free hand work

    well this may be interesting. wish i could go bigger but i can only print on 8.5 X 11 paper. worth a shot i guess. lol. what is the worse that can happen?:D now that i finally have my PP done, just waiting to clear coat i need something else to do.
